In Dublin we have deep expertise in the funds industry,
providing advice and support to hedge funds, open-ended and
closed-ended funds and their managers. In addition to our
industry focused audit and assurance services, our financial
services advisory team is a leading sponsor for the listing of
investment funds, hedge funds, asset backed securities ('ABS') and
structured products on the Irish Stock Exchange. We have a
dedicated team with extensive experience of both the equity and
debt listing markets.
Our focus in Cayman includes insolvency, putting funds into
administration and liquidations, as well as the audit of a large
number of hedge funds and Cayman registered funds.
For the insurance industry, our Channel Islands practice deals
with supporting the establishment of captive insurance companies
and protected cell companies for insurance businesses, as well as
providing audit and tax advice.
