Charlie Kerlin (Head of Corporate Finance -
Belfast)
Charlie is Head of our Belfast Corporate Finance
team and specialises in advising fast growing mid corporate
businesses. Charlie is actively involved with clients in mergers
and acquisitions, fundraising, strategic development and business
planning. Charlie also looks after a number of high profile public
sector clients for which he provides appraisal and evaluation
services.
He is also an active member of Grant Thornton's Food Sector Team
and National Disposal Team. Charlie is a key participant in the
Grant Thornton's Young Partners Forum. Charlie is also on the main
council committee of the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and
represents the interests of over 4,000 SME businesses in Northern
Ireland.
Experience
Charlie joined us at Grant Thornton in May 1999 having
previously worked with Capita Management Consultants.
With 11 years experience in consultancy practice, Charlie
project manages all of the assignments undertaken in the fast
growing Corporate Finance Department and has wide experience in the
analysis and development of practical business solutions for growth
clients. His public sector clients have included all of the key
government departments and Intermediary Funding Bodies in Northern
Ireland.
