Martyn Pilley (Partner)
Martyn is a lead advisory partner in our corporate
finance team, specialising in all forms of mergers &
acquisition activity including company disposals and management
buy-outs.
Experience
Martyn joined us at Grant Thornton in 2007, having previously
been a partner in RSM Robson Rhodes where he also specialised in
corporate finance.
With more than 13 years experience in corporate finance gained
in both London and Birmingham, Martyn has advised on more than 50
completed transactions across a range of sectors including
manufacturing & engineering, property & construction,
support services, telecoms, software, education, leisure, printing
& packaging and retail. He has also undertaken a secondment to
a private equity firm where he led transactions as principal.
