William McWilliams (Partner)
Will works in our Infrastructure and Government
Advisory teams, specialising in providing advice to both public and
private sector clients on PPP projects. Will leads the Transport
Team with the Infrastructure and Government Advisory practice.
Experience
William joined us at Grant Thornton having spent 7 years within
the Ernst & Young Corporate Finance PPP/PFI team.
With 12 years' experience in PFI/PPP, Will has specialised in
providing advice to both the public and private sectors with the
public transport sector. Will has also worked on a number of light
rail schemes and advised the Irish and Norwegian governments on the
application of PPP to the transport sector.
In addition to his transport experience, Will has worked on a
number of PFI/PPP transactions in the Health, Education and Justice
sectors.
