Carl Williams (Partner)
Carl leads the audit practice of Grant Thornton across the North
West of England and acts as audit partner to a wide range of
businesses within a number of sectors, including manufacturing,
leisure, property and construction. Carl is primarily based in the
Liverpool office and has extensive experience in leading the
largest assignments across the North West. Many of the assignments
have VC or external investors as well as owner maanged businesses.
Carl's role on many of these assignments has been to provide
pragmatic advice on issues resulting from acquisitions and other
activity, leading the Grant Thornton service offerring and
co-ordinating the use of other specialists as necessary.

Carl has been with Grant Thornton for 13 years, being appointed
to Partner on 1 February 2006.
