A qualified chartered accountant, Thomas joined Grant Thornton
in 2000 to specialise in selling companies, buying companies and
raising finance. Thomas has a particular focus on Media, and heads
up the Corporate Finance group specialising in TV Production and
Distribution.
Experience
A selection of deals in the last few years include management
buy out of Spearhead Exhibitions, sale of Risk Waters to Incisive
Media, Contender's acquisition of Medusa, development capital for
Off the Fence, sale of Firefly to Shine and sale of Twenty Twenty
to Shine Media plc.
